A Cincinnati native, Russell graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2008 with a Bachelors in Communications. He now resides in Kentucky, where is has lived for nearly 15 years now. Married for 15 years, Russell and his wife, Stephanie, have two boys, aged 10 and 12. During his free time, Russell and his family love to frequent their lake house and pontoon boat on Lake Cumberland, hike down at the Gorge, and vacation across the country with friends and family. (That is, while their boys aren't knee deep in baseball, golf and archery!)
In 2014, Russ started his real estate career at Huff Realty, following in his dad's footsteps. In 2015, he became a licensed agent in Ohio. He then wrapped up his broker requirements and schooling in late 2016. In January of 2017, Russell began Paragon Realty Partners, where the company has quickly grown from three agents to
36 and counting!
